Reform Dentistry was founded by Dr. Ali Al-Douri after years of practicing dentistry across four continents — and seeing firsthand how fear, cost, and poor communication kept too many people away from the care they needed.
He came to Fredericksburg with a vision: build a dental practice from the ground up that patients would actually want to come back to. One with modern technology, a team that genuinely listens, and an environment that doesn't feel like a dental office.

Dr. Al-Douri brings over two decades of clinical expertise and an international perspective to every patient he treats. His career has spanned four continents, including a role as a clinical instructor at the University of the West Indies and Executive Committee membership in the Trinidad and Tobago Dental Association.
He specializes in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and full smile makeovers, combining technical precision with a genuine talent for making patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their care.
